Sue grew up in the UK. After getting her degree in English literature and music she trained as a nurse in London. She then traveled extensively, backpacking across Europe and Asia and spending 13 years in Australia before coming to the United States.

Sue’s career in nursing then turned to business, and for 25 years she had a sales and marketing career in local and global roles, working on industry-leading launches and life cycle growth. In 2017 she became a women's business coach, specializing in working with women coaches and consultants.

Musically, Sue is a singing member of Princeton Pro Musica (alto). From the age of 8 she played piano and violin, then trumpet and tuba. She also sang in multiple choirs, including in the Goldsmiths Choral Union in London and the Sydney Philharmonia in Australia.  

She had a 30-year musical gap when her career required too much travel for her to be able to commit to regular rehearsals.  

Today, Sue is delighted to be a member of PPM and has sung with them since 2023.
