Patriots Theater in the War Memorial, [2] Trenton, NJ was the venue for Holiday Classics, a choral-orchestral concert featuring the Trenton Children’s Chorus as guest artists at 4 p.m. Sunday, December 11, 2016 and will be the venue for the enhanced Holiday Classics concert at 4 p.m. Sunday, December 10, 2017.
Princeton University Chapel [3], Princeton, NJ was the venue for Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms & Bruckner’s Te Deum presented at 8 pm Saturday, March 18, 2017. In a pre-concert talk at 7 p.m., Artistic Director Ryan James Brandau [4] explained the historical context in which these major works were composed and alerted patrons to select musical elements featured in this concert. At 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 3, 2018 Princeton University Chapel will be the venue for the Montiverdi Vespers presented as the culminating event of a Choral Festival hosted by Princeton Pro Musica featuring: Princeton Pro Musica ; Princeton High School Choir; Bridgewater High School Choir; and Kantorei of Westminster Choir College.
Richardson Auditorium [5], Princeton, NJ is the venue for Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana [6] presented by Princeton Pro Musica in collaboration with Roxey Ballet and the Princeton Girlchoir at 4 p.m. Sunday, May 21, 2017. In a post-concert conversation, PPM Artistic Director Ryan James Brandau [4] and Roxey Ballet Founding Director Mark Roxey [7] will discuss Carmina Burana and the development of original dance to accompany specific movements of this exciting work. In the 2017-18 season, Richardson Auditorium will be the venue for Brahms’ Requiem at 4 p.m. Sunday, November 5, 2017 and Britten’s War Requiem to be presented in collaboration with the Princeton University Glee Club and Orchestra at 8 p.m. Friday, April 27 and Saturday, April 28, 2018.
